SECURITY PRODUCTS COMPANY JOINS WITH THEWEBCENTRIC
Security Products Company (SPC) joins with theWEBcentric to offer businesses and financial institutions with a greater array of services. TheWEBcentric joins, Security Products Company, SPC Integrated Solutions and SPC Construction Services. The merger will allow the family of companies to provide services ranging from security solutions and network support to construction and marketing services. “By leveraging the full force of SPC and the family of companies we can, even though this might sound cliché, deliver a one-stop shop for the needs of all our customers,” says Dan Chastanet President of Security Products Company.
Chastanet goes on to say, “By engaging theWEBcentric, we saw an opportunity to further assist our clients in meeting all of their business goals. TheWEBcentric provides services designed to market our clients more effectively to their potential and existing customers.”
Matt Fisher, CTO of SPCIS feels the purpose of technology is shifting. “TheWEBcentric provides essential tools that tie basic business function with that of a business’s marketing department.” He goes on to say, “TheWEBcentric is a unique business as it takes a total view of a client’s needs including operational efficiency, not only marketing.”
Trevor Hendrickson, Founder and Marketing Guru of theWEBcentric believes marketing and operations, both leveraging technology, need to do a better job of communicating. “By addressing not only and need for an Intranet but the technological needs of the employees as well as the delivery, security and compliance needs of the client are the bigger picture. You cannot effectively provide services to today’s business or financial institution without taking a broader view.”
Existing clients of SPC and theWEBcentric will find added resources and expertise to draw from. With more than 35 years in business, covering territories throughout the Midwest, SPC sees an opportunity to expand its business to reach far beyond the heartland. “TheWEBcentric’s model has no geographic boundaries. Services can be delivered virtually to anywhere in the world,” Hendrickson explains.
The merger of the two companies was formalized on May 22, 2009.
